We do not, nor ever, give written permission to ANYONE to re-create or use our designs in any application, or scent names of There & Back Co.™ (names where applicable).

1.) Keep away from flammable items and objects, keep away from children and pets, and burn within sight.

2.) It is recommended to place a lit candle on a level, heat resistant coaster or surface to prevent any possibility of heat damage.

3.) Remove packaging before burning, burn in proper holder, and keep wax pool free of debris.

4.) Stop burning when 1/2" of un-melted wax remains.

5.) Candle lids are NOT meant to be used as "snuffers".

6.) Trim wick to 1/4" each time candle is lit.

7.) DO NOT BURN CANDLE FOR MORE THAN 4 HOURS AT A TIME. <--(This is really important.)

There & Back Co.™ owns copyrights and/or trademarks to our designs, written stories, artwork and themes. All designs, written stories, blends and scents were designed & blended by There & Back Co.™ by testing, story writing, and artistic ability creation in our studio where our products are created.

By viewing our website and/or purchasing our merchandise, you enter into a binding arbitrary agreement to plagiarize wording from our website, our brand philosophy, recreate our designs, artwork, themes & stories and/or resell for your own business(es).

We do not sell our products on Amazon, Etsy or similar ecommerce stores & websites. 

There & Back Co.™ does not offer wholesale accounts at this time.

Any person or business found to be reselling There & Back Co.™ merchandise and/or recreating designs, and/or story themes will have appropriate legal action taken against them and/or their business(es) associated with the copyright/trademark violations, whether legally in court and/or through litigation and/or with a lawyer outside of court.

We reserve the right to send cease & desist letters and/or sue appropriately to offending parties if they are found to be recreating There & Back Co.™ designs & themes and/or reselling, which directly violates copyright law to which There & Back Co.™ is protected.

There & Back Co.™ does not own or have any rights to "recommended song choices and playlists". We are not a partner of Spotify or any artists listed in custom playlists. Spotify playlists suggest an atmosphere of music choice to enhance user experience based on story and scent. There & Back Co.™ does not sell these songs in any form. Recommended playlists can be enjoyed by using your personal Spotify subscription with the QR code we have created for our customers. There & Back Co.™ follows all Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) laws.​
